Deux probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 cela: d’abord il faut l’attraper le bougre (et recoller les morceaux, s’il en reste<\/i>), ensuite s’il y a effectivement quelque chose \u00e0 juger (et d’identifiable<\/i>), comment prouver sa culpabilit\u00e9 dans les divers attentats d’Al Qaeda ? Il les a organis\u00e9s ? Imagin\u00e9s ? Commandit\u00e9s ? Ou peut-\u00eatre est-il juste l’un de ces \u00ab\u00a0leaders spirituels\u00a0\u00bb ?
\nProuver qu’un homme est coupable devant un tribunal n’est pas la m\u00eame chose que de d\u00e9duire qu’il l’est. Sans hard evidence<\/i> (voir l’homme du 10 septembre<\/a>), il sera impossible d’arriver \u00e0 une condamnation. <\/p>\n

Cette proposition est dans la droite ligne de son discours<\/a> de cloture de la convention d\u00e9mocrate.
